I am a consumer product compliance, risk management, sustainability, quality and ethical sourcing consultant and specialist. I am a freelancer with over 20 + years of working in the consumer products, fashion, gifting and publishing industries. 

I am skilled at product risk assessment, regulatory affairs, retail product development systems, quality management systems, factory compliance & organisational sustainability. 

I am a strong team leader with high level of global experience in the development of books, gifts, toys, clothing, cosmetics, toiletries, electronics, stationery, art materials, hard goods, food contact and eyewear. 

Legislation globally is ever evolving and I offer a high level of understanding and application of global product safety legislation including but not limited to: EN71, ASTM, ISO, REACH, MDR, PPE, CP65, ANSI, AS/NZ, GPSD, CPR, MHRA, LVD, FCC, EMC, B-Corp, ISO14001, ISO9001.

I am well connected and work with a network of other consultants, I am a business member of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, a Consumer & Public Interest Network representative at the British Standard Institute and a voluntary member of the charity 'Kids in Danger' who strives to educate product designers to make safer children's products.
